The boat builders are at home in Zwartsluis. Designers and builders work closely together to make a high quality product. Which is crucial, as the construction of a sloep, tender or cruiser is a complicated job. The most time-consuming job is the construction of the hull. Each model has been built by hand for the full one hundred percent on the ship’s build, using the superior hand-lay-up method. The advantage is a guaranteed tighter and stronger surface. Interboat standard provides a ten-year manufacturer’s warranty on the hull. A quality guarantee is only possible if a producer is 100% confident in the end result. And that is certainly the case for Interboat. Every integrated component of each sloep, tender and cruiser meets Interboat’s exacting standards, and are installed by our own employees in-house. The shipyard is very happy to be completely open with its build processes. Buyers are welcome (by appointment) to closely follow the construction of their own Interboat. A visit to the yard is actually preferable, because it is in consultation with the future owner of each boat that a custom made boat comes about. On the way to launching, there is plenty of opportunity to decide on motorization, electrical equipment, canopies and cushions, and more! At the yard itself, the boat builders are able to provide a feel for the different options and the experiences they give. Creating a boat that goes some way to being as unique as its owner.
